What is the maximum capacity of the venue?
Our venues can accommodate up to a maximum of 350 guests.
If we rent the pool, can we use it?
Yes, you can use the pool and shower facilities. You can also grill in the pool area and place tables and chairs around the pool.
Can we bring our own food and other non-accredited caterers to your place?
Yes, you can choose your own caterer. We do not charge corkage fees.
Are there sufficient parking spaces for our guests?
We have more than enough parking slots for all your guests.
What are included in the function room rates?
All our function rooms are air-conditioned. We give you two (2) hours of free set up. We also provide ample parking space, basic sound system, and maintenance personnel and security during the event.
How do we reserve a venue?
You have to pay 50% of the function rate as reservation (non-refundable). You also have to pay a refundable security deposit and the balance of the function two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date.
What is the security deposit for?
The deposit will cover damage to the venue and hours in excess of the agreed venue hours. The deposit (or remaining balance) will be refunded to you within three (3) days after the event.
